A photo of your preferred service area is required before booking. Please ensure the site is suitable in

wet conditions, as our heavy trailer can get bogged.

A wet weather backup plan is your responsibility.

Numbers of guests/pizzas required (subject to minimum spend) must be confirmed no later than 7

days prior to event.

10% deposit required to secure booking. The remainder must be paid no later than 7 days prior to

event.

We will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event due to

circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather or unsuitable site

conditions.

Cancellations within 4 weeks of the event will forfeit all payments. We are not liable for adverse

weather but will try accommodate where safely possible. If we must cancel due to illness or other

unforeseen issues, all payments will be refunded.
